Let's see how CHAPTER 22 fares! It seemed all too familiar to have Sally’s sleep broken by her friends knocking on the door. Didn't we just end the last chapter with Talula and Sally talking? And now we randomly cut to Sally waking up. In the next episode of a cartoon, this would be okay, but in a book, it DOESN'T WORK! And it was all for the same reason - Talula was speaking to the town. She looked rather flustered, which was probably intentional. Why would she purposely be flustered? Although with all of the reporters hounding her for some kind of answer, it was hard to tell. “Hello, people of Summerway,” Talula said. “There have been a lot of questions, and the answer is yes. The rumors are true.” What rumors? What questions? I think Enter either forgot to add some scenes, or deleted some words by accident. Talula looked down sadly. Sally stood on those stone steps leading up to the giant tree early that Monday morning. The lions stared her down - judging her for every single sin. Since when are there lions roaming around? I thought she was in a zoo or something at first. Each step was harder than the last, but she made it to the doors. The place was empty. Sally knew that it’d be a little low key, since it was so early in the morning the day after a holiday, but she didn’t expect it to be completely empty. Bored already, I already forgot what the narration just said. Sally wondered if Talula was even in so early this morning. She didn’t know if she hoped that she wasn’t. That last sentence is pretty confusing, the word "she" is used too many times, one after the other. This time Sally knew where to go. This sentence is pointless.
